We were told this a.m. that some neighbor boys had found my mom's cat, Mr. Kitty "not waking up" in a flowerbed up the street.
We are pretty heartbroken around here, but we made a nice burial place for him out in the back yard under a rose bush. We had a simple and sweet little ceremony for him and Nate is very thoughtfully saying that if he was in pain, hopefully he feels better now.
