Alaska Airlines is not doing much to improve its image with passengers. Denying a man a seat delayed the man from getting to see his daughter before she died of burns from a house fire.
Alaska Airlines spokesman Jack Evans said the airline has the right to remove passengers from a plane to make room in such an emergency and would certainly do so in the future. Sounds like to little to late to me.
