So the Red Cross is sucking it up and not using the Liberty Fund for telephone upgrades and other uses not associated directly with the September 11th attack.
It just sucks that they put Bernadine Healey through all the crap of berating her for setting up the seperate fund just for the victims, making her justify the Red Cross' decisions to allocate the funds elsewhere, and forcing her to resign, only to end up doing what she wanted to do in the first place. Arrgghh. So frustrating going through hell to only see everything go the way it should have in the first place. Assholes.
