I am now firmly planted in the 30's (or the 40's, if you ask the Hatfields). We had alot of fun Saturday night, even if the dinner wasn't the greatest, but the bowling was a hoot - especially with the Rock-a-billy music.
Man, did I rake in the goods, too. Some of the goods I got were a great birthday card from Candi (tanka!), a Krispy Krack card for free doughnuts from Helen, a hiliarious book from my wish list, a robot kitty that doesn't have a name yet, but ranks high on the cool/creepy scale from Kelli, some great smelling candles from Lisa, and some hand-painted cards that are almost too nice to use from my mom. And I got a bad-ass new phone from Beau. Hell yeah!!
I even tried to watch some of the meteor shower, but it was just too overcast and cloudy to see anything.
Anyway, it was just really great to go out and be stupid with everyone - I haven't been bowling in forever, and it showed. :)
