So, it's been two years now since I have had a Coke - excluding the attempt last year. This year I wasn't so foolish - hell, I didn't even wanna try. I don't even crave the syrupy nectar that used to flow through the veins.
As for the weight thing, it's still down. In fact, it is down about 5lbs than last year - which isn't too horrible considering the bounce I took the tail end of last year. It's not really that hard anymore, not so much a "pat on the back" kind of thing, it's just a way of life now, which is what I was supposed to be doing anyway.
